Responses to the Belfast Pride Event Services Tender and now open. The final date for tender submissions is 2 March 2024. Questions should be submitted to tender@belfastpride.com by 26 February 2024.
Belfast Pride celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community in Belfast and is now one of the biggest festivals in the city, has the biggest single parade in Belfast and is the biggest Pride festival on the island of Ireland. The festival runs this year from Friday 19th July to Sunday 28th July with Pride Day on Saturday 27th July. We pack in over 150 events including talks, debates, workshops, family fun days, music and entertainment, the Belfast Pride Awards, exhibitions, arts and film events. The festival builds up to Pride Day on Saturday 27th July when Belfast comes alive with the biggest single parade in Belfast, a major concert at Custom House Square – Party in the Square, a family area at Donegall Quay – Pride Village and a whole host of other events across the city centre.

Submitting a tender
You should email your application before the advertised tender deadline to tender@belfastpride.com We will acknowledge your application and we may contact you with requests for clarification.
Your Commitment to Equality in Action
We would welcome evidence of your support for the LGBTQIA+ community in Belfast and evidence of action on Equality issues in your workplace, your policies on Diversity and Inclusion and if you have a staff group in your workplace for LGBTQIA+ staff. If you need any advice on this, please let us know and we would be happy to help.
Multi-year bids
Belfast Pride welcomes multi-year bids on all aspects of the festival and will consider multi-year bids for up to 3 years. If you would like to bid for a contract for 2-3 years for the delivery of services outlined in this tender please outline this in your response to the tender and include:
- Costs for a one-year contract for 2024
- Costs for a multi-year contract covering up to three years with costs per year clearly outlined. These cost outlines can be included in the same tender response.
Please note, Belfast Pride retains the right to contract service providers for fewer years than proposed by tender respondents.
