Applications for Pride Village are now closed. Please note, submission of an application is NOT confirmation of a place at Pride Village. The outcome of your application will be communicated by email. If you have any questions related to Pride Village please email info@belfastpride.com

The Event: We will be bringing a Pride themed market with information stalls as well as children’s entertainment, bouncy castles, music and quiet space – all in an alcohol and smoke / vape free environment. Pride Village is community focused and we prioritise community groups, services aimed at LGBTQIA+ people and unions. We don’t have space for commercial stalls or selling at the event. We will be promoting Pride Village through the Official Pride Festival Guide, across our social media and from Custom House Square to ensure that as many people as possible get to visit on Pride Day.

Cost: £250 to be paid in advance of the event.

Where: Pride Village will be at the Big Fish, Donegall Quay again this year, on Saturday 29th July, just across the road from the main event – the Party in the Square at Custom House Square.

Why: We aim to help LGBTQIA+ people connect with services and support. We run the event as a service for the community in a relaxed, family friendly event to complement Party in the Square. We will be promoting Pride Village through the Official Pride Festival Guide, across our social media and from Custom House Square to ensure that as many people as possible get a chance to visit.

Guidance: Pride Village is run as a community service and we only charge fees to exhibitors to cover the cost of the set up, site, marquees, insurance and security. There is no space for vehicles on the site. There isn’t any fundraising allowed on the site or any retail or commercial activity. We can’t take applications from hot food sellers. The food vendors on the site have year long licences from the Department for Communities and we have no control over them or say in which vendors attend. You can read more detail on taking part in Pride Village in our Guidance and Terms below and you should have a look at these before applying.

Data Protection: When you apply for the Belfast Pride parade, we will ask for your consent to securely manage and process your data in line with our Data Protection Policy. Click Here to read the full policy.
